Outstanding support"We have been clients of collectorz for many years, recently from a computer crash and having to buy a new computer i needed help from you.After explaining my problem i got 3 emails that were great. Outstanding"I think the products from this company, and the company itself are both outstanding.Not only do the products do what they say they should, but they are constantly being updated and improved (in some cases substantially so) and this improvement is carried out incredibly fast. The other thing that is outstanding is the support system. I have recently been converting Movie Collector, Comic Collector and Book Collector from a Windows PC to a Mac, and this has resulted in my needing to contact support on several occasions. Each time I get a response within 24 hours that is not only helpful, but nearly always solves the problem. This includes an error in one of my XML files which was preventing conversion to the Mac, and support identified the fault in the file for me so that I was able to complete the conversion without any further problem. If they can't solve something straight away then they have always managed to do it on a second go. I don't know of any other company that would have provided this level of support, nor any other company that would have acted so swiftly."

Real handy"I've been really enjoying using the Collectorz catalog programs. I have Games, Books, Movie and Music programs for both the PC and iPod. They come in real handy when I'm out and want to buy something and I'm not sure if I have it or not.Keep up the good work on the programs guys."

Your customer service"I would just like to comment on how excellent your customer service is.Last week my hard drive failed and I had to re-load all my programs. Unfortuneatly my license keys were in my email folders that were on the hard drive that failed. I had my movie collector CD with the my name and Key on the inside cover. That was great. My problem was my upgrade to collector 8 Key was lost. I visited your website and saw that I could just enter my email address and my Keys would be emailed to me. The email arrived less than 5 minutes later!! Thank you for not only a great product, but the customer service to back it up!!"
